Return Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items as shown on your tracking number to request a return for store credit only. 

What is Store Credit/ How it works                                                                     Store credit comes in the form of a discount code that is sent via email. Store credit can be used to repurchase on the website, you just type in the code in the section at checkout that says discount code and it will deduct the money for you. Store Credit does not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also needs to be within the 7 day mark to be approved.

To start a return, you can contact us at You will need to provide us with your order number that was given at check out, your first and last name and pictures of the items you wish to return and email stating the reason for your return. If your return is approved, please note that Shipping labels are only provided for returns in which an error was caused on our end, such as receiving an incorrect item/color, or receiving a damaged item. Other than those reasons all shipping fees are the customers responsibility. (All shipping costs are nonrefundable). Once your return is approved we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item is back in our facility we will then send out the store credit that allows you to repurchase on the website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with pictures will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible at providing your full name, order number and pictures of the item if the item is defective or missing. Email inquiries must be received within 72 hours from the day the item was received. Any items reported after the 72 hour mark will not be accepted for review. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or customized products.
